These talented individuals have agreed to team up with Ekiti state Government to make Ekiti state the home of the first Duck farm and Duck meat processing plant in Africa.


The resulting project that shall provide about 485 primary jobs and countless number of secondary jobs, thereby creating massive Community development economically in our immediate community at Erio Ekiti and environs.

It is anticipated that the Export segment of our business will contribute immensely to the GDP of Nigeria as a whole.

Our project is globally supported from China to Europe, to Americas then to Africa.

Gabriel Ayorinde

As pioneering co founder of Fountain Ducks Farms LTD, Gabriel Ayorinde received instructions and training from our first Technical Partners John Metzer Farms, located in Gonzalez, California in the United States.  The Metzer Farms is a company with over 50 years experience in duck farming and has recommended the FDFL team to their Second Technical Partners in France. Ayorinde has travelled to China and around the World to carefully select suitable equipment and infrastructural designs and models for FDFL under the guidance of our Technical Partners around the globe. The state of the art farm design which attends to every need of the duck and the business operations bears extensively his knowledge of the Business and Marketing abilities. Also he has instructed the Architect based on his knowledge about  Distribution, logistics and loading with international standards  from the docks( Point of loading) to the Port and then easily  transferred to the ship( FOB) to our valuable customers around the world.

Emmanuel Ntekume, Engineer

Engineer/Qualifications: Consulting and Logistics - Skill Improvement, National Aviation Improvement to ICAO standard.
Business Administration- Production Management in a complex Engineering setting.
ICT: Designing/Implementation of QA, QC, and AI to Mill Specs. In various Engineering/Production environment.
Bs Degree in Engineering, augmentation courses and graduate program. F.A.A. Certified Commercial Pilot, Instrument, ME
Advanced Instructor,
ICT: Various diplomas in Data Base management, System integration, etc.
Member: Sae. IATA, CCA.

Dr. Otive Igbuzor

Experience/Qualifications:

Presently the Chief of Staff to the Deputy President of Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Founding Executive Director of African Centre for Leadership Strategy and Development (Centre LSD), formerly head of ActionAid International in Nigeria. Dr. Otive Igbuzor was also Head of International Campaigns of Action Aid International with involvement in over 50 countries creating positive influence in the improvement of human lives. He has 49 Academic Publications, including books and 15 articles in local and International journals, resulting from accumulation of Experience from being in the Police Service Commission, and Co-ordinator in independent Research, University Lecturer, etc.
He holds a degree in Pharmacy, two Master Degrees in Public Administration and International Relations, and a PhD in Public Administration.

Abimbola Obatusin

Obatusin comes with 17 years of experience as an auditing manager and a Financial Analyst at Chase Bank / First InterState Bank of California.  
He has 5 years experience as an Accounting Manager for Waehauser Builders in Los Angeles, CA
He also has 15 years of various accounting positions in various industries including 4 years of Forensic Audit Consulting Services for the Federal Inland Revenue Service of Nigeria & for State Governments in Nigeria as Principal Forensic Auditor on utilization of State Funds in Various Banks Nationwide 
He holds a B.Sc:  Accounting CSU, LA and an MBA: Business Administration USC, LA

Chris Erhi Omoru

Mr. Chris Erhi Omoru obtained his LL.B from the University of Benin, Edo State and subsequently attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island Lagos where he was called to the Nigerian Bar. Thereafter, he attended the University of Lagos where he obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M), and an Executive Master’s in Global Business from Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School (GMP), and the prestigious Meridian International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) to the United States of America. Chris Erhi Omoru also attended several Executive programs both local and international with special focus in Energy and Natural Resources, Real Estate, Capital Markets/Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Dispute Resolution, etc. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of the United Kingdom, Nigeria Branch. He is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Before becoming an Executive Director, in Midwestern Oil & Gas Company Limited, Mr. Omoru has worked as Head of Chambers in G. M. Ibru & Co for about twelve years and also managed successfully the law firm of Ovbagbedia & Co. in the past. He is a specialist in investment, economic, oil, gas, energy and mineral law. He has in the past decades developed and advised a clientele ranging from small sized organizations to medium and multinationals and entrepreneurs in several matters. He has on several occasions advised on transaction structuring, joint venture, reverse takeovers and trust formation, company acquisitions, rights issues and other stock exchange related transactions collaborating with both lawyers in the country and foreign lawyers. In the course of his commercial law transactions, aviation, project finance, foreign investments and privatization, natural resources especially in the oil and gas sector, Mr. Omoru has endeared himself to his clients and colleagues. He has negotiated, drafted and vetted several documentations including confidentiality, Finance and Production, Risk Service, Offtake, Crude Handling Agreement, Crude Sales, Crude Terminaling, Share Transfer, Stock Option, Supply, Joint Venture, Management and Technical Assistance and Distribution agreements.

MOREL INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS

Morel International Consultants was established in May 1996 and since inception, the firm has been engaged in providing Economic, Financial and Investment Advisory Services, Project Finance, Human Resources Development, Feasibility Studies and Project Management Reports, Procurement, Wealth Creation and Human Resources Development Consultancy Services. 

The Chairman, Olorogun Lucky Oghene-Omoru, holds M.A in Financial Economics from the University of Wales, Bangor, UK; A.I.B Banking, London and FCIB. He worked in New Nigeria Bank and Icon Limited (Merchant Bankers) before retiring voluntarily in 1992 to start his private business. Chief Omoru was former Bendel State Honourable Commissioner for Commerce, Industry, Cooperatives and Tourism and later Commissioner for Finance and Economic Planning (1986-1990), He has held many ad-hoc appointments/positions at State and Federal Government Levels. In November, 2016, The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) carried out an Investiture ceremony and empowered our Chairman/Managing Director, Olorogun Lucky Oghene-Omoru, FCIB to render Consultancy Services covering critical areas of the Finance Sector in view of his qualifications, wide experience and demonstrated capability over the years. 

Chairman Dr. Olabode Adetoyi

Currently commissioner for Agriculture and food security in Ekiti State, Dr Olabode Adetoyi is a registered animal scientist, a public speaker, passionate about designing and implementing projects in the agriculture sector. He is highly sought after due to his vast experience of 29 years professionally. He recently authored a best seller book “The entrepreneur” which talks about his life’s journey of hard work and discipline in attaining his goals. He is a man of many hats. On top of his current role as a commissioner, he is currently director, Fountain Holdings Ltd (Investment arm of Ekiti state); Chairman, youth in commercial agriculture development in Ekiti state and member of Covid 19 resource mobilization committee amongst others.
He has brought to bear his accumulated experience in changing the face and game of agriculture in Ekiti state and South West Nigeria at large. He connects with farmers in the downstream sector whilst bringing in technology by engaging the youths. This is his mantra to ensuring an agriculturally sufficient society of the future. He was the CEO of Hi- Nutrients from Jun 2004 till 2020 when Neovia acquired majority shares as part of their expansion plan into Africa with Nigeria being the hub making him the first entrepreneur in Agriculture and livestock to turn a local company to a multinational company. Passionate about personal development, he has attended trainings and lectures across all continents of the world. He created and patented Hi-Mix brand of vitamins which has now become a household name in Livestock industry in west Africa. He has received over 50 local and international awards to his credit and has just been nominated by Nigeria Agriculture Awards as 2021 Achiever in Agriculture awards and a recipient of Awards of Excellence for changing the face of Agricultural value chains in Nigeria by 3rd A.M. Agoro lecture series in Lagos.
Dr Adetoyi will be joining Fountain Duck Ltd as the Chairman of the new Board of Directors of Directors to use his 29 years experience in the field of Agribusiness to raise the bar of the company.
